The Giovanni Celeghin Foundation, established in 2012 in Padua, pursues as its primary objective fund-raising in favour of research projects on the oncological diseases.
Its main focus is on brain tumours but also on rare neoplasia, especially those in the early childhood.

As a consequence, the Foundation is involved in a specific project regarding children’s rare tumours in the Paediatric Oncology Department in Padua’s Main Hospital: “Rare does not mean alone”, coordinated by prof. Gianni Bisogno from the University of Padua.
